Senior Product Manager, Cloud Video

Flock is a technology company focused on reducing crime and protecting privacy. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the cloud video experience, collaborating cross-functionally to develop scalable video products and oversee the video pipeline and UI roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Own the roadmap for the end-to-end video experience, including onboarding, live viewing, playback, search, and video management
• Drive the strategy for Flock's cloud video platform and third-party integrations, balancing customer needs with platform scalability and reliability
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Customer Success to deliver impactful video products and successful launches
• Conduct customer discovery and translate insights into product strategy and roadmap priorities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building SaaS, platform, or infrastructure products
• Experience owning technically complex products spanning customer experience and backend systems
• Strong technical fluency with cloud infrastructure, APIs, distributed systems, and architecture
• Customer-obsessed with a track record of turning user feedback into product strategy
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive alignment, and balance short-term execution with long-term vision
• Experience with video technologies, cloud infrastructure, integrations, or enterprise software is a plus
