Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative (Automotive)

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries related to automotive services, products, and support needs
• Provide clear, professional communication in both Spanish and English to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction
• Assist clients with scheduling appointments, processing orders, and managing service requests efficiently
• Enter data accurately into customer relationship management (CRM) systems while maintaining attention to detail
• Resolve customer issues promptly by analyzing problems and offering effective solutions while demonstrating strong customer support skills
• Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and that they are satisfied with the service provided
• Maintain organized records of interactions, transactions, and client communications for future reference

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for effective bilingual communication
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and active listening abilities
• Proven ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and patience
• Technical proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, and computer skills required for efficient workflow management

• Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is highly preferred
