Facets - Project Manager

STAFFXPERT is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager – Product Consulting (Facets) to lead client engagements, drive solution design, and provide SME guidance for Facets implementations and optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong Facets product expertise, healthcare payer domain knowledge, and proven consulting experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business requirement discovery, design workshops, and client discussions
• Serve as the SME for Facets implementations, configuration, and optimization
• Design and recommend scalable Facets solutions across business and technical teams
• Drive product implementation, architecture, gap analysis, and configuration best practices
• Support claims analysis, root cause analysis, workflow optimization, and auto-adjudication improvements
• Mentor project teams and collaborate with onshore/offshore resources

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years of Facets consulting and implementation experience
• Strong Facets expertise in:
• Strong knowledge of Benefits, Providers, Enrollment, and Claims modules
• Facets configuration, data models, and application architecture
• Healthcare payer domain experience (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid/Medi-Cal)
• Excellent client-facing, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to lead business discussions and solution design sessions
