Director of Product Management

Anchorage Digital is a company focused on leading product vision and strategy. The Director of Product Management will oversee a team, collaborate across functions, and ensure high-quality product delivery while analyzing performance and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities:

• Leading product vision, strategy, and execution across key product lines
• Oversees a team of product managers
• Providing guidance on prioritization, roadmap development, and customer-focused decision-making
• Collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to define requirements
• Align on releases
• Ensure high-quality delivery
• Analyze product performance
• Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders
• Translate insights into clear product plans and measurable outcomes
• Establishing best practices in product management
• Mentoring team members
• Representing the product organization in executive discussions and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements:

• Strong product leadership background with skills in Product Management and Team Leadership, including experience managing and mentoring product managers
• Demonstrated ability to define and drive Product Strategy, aligning product roadmaps with business goals and customer needs
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate product performance, and inform prioritization and decision-making
• Proficiency in Project Management, including coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and delivering complex initiatives
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of launching and iterating successful products in a technology or SaaS environment
• Ability to work inclusively with diverse stakeholders, incorporating different perspectives into product decisions
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
• advanced degree or product management certifications are beneficial
