Product Designer

Synergis is seeking a Product Experience Designer to help design intuitive, scalable digital experiences for complex enterprise applications and internal business tools. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into impactful design solutions, focusing on improving productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user experiences for enterprise software, internal tools, and workflow-driven applications
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design documentation in Figma
• Support user research through interviews, usability testing, note-taking, and synthesis of findings
• Develop journey maps, information architecture, and workflow diagrams to improve complex user experiences
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize solutions
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear, user-centered design direction
• Present design concepts, explain design rationale, and incorporate stakeholder and usability feedback through iterative design
• Work within established design systems while contributing to consistency and scalability across products
• Utilize analytics, user insights, and AI-powered design tools to continuously improve experiences and design efficiency
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle

Requirements:

• Experience designing complex digital products, enterprise software, or internal business applications
• Strong understanding of product experience design, enterprise UX, and systems thinking
• Ability to quickly learn complex business domains and translate operational challenges into intuitive user experiences
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, research, and business stakeholders
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Demonstrated ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, Agile product environments
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, visual design, prototyping, annotations, and developer handoff
• Experience working within and contributing to design systems
• User flow creation and journey mapping for complex, multi-step workflows
• Strong interaction design and visual design fundamentals
• Rapid prototyping and iterative design
• Experience supporting user research and usability testing
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools for ideation, accessibility reviews, content generation, and design exploration
• Experience designing internal tools, enterprise platforms, dashboards, or task management systems
• Knowledge of form design and data-heavy interfaces
• Experience working with web components and component-based design
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
• Understanding of AI-enabled workflows and emerging generative AI experiences
