Senior Product Manager – Appian Solutions

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and delivery for enterprise Appian-based workflow and enrollment modernization initiatives. This role will serve as the product leader within an Agile/SAFe environment, driving business process transformation and delivery of scalable workflow automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Own, prioritize, and manage the product backlog and roadmap to align with business goals and modernization initiatives
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and product features
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Lead workflow modernization initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve automation, scalability, operational efficiency, and user experience using Appian
• Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI Planning
• Ensure complete traceability from business requirements through development, testing, deployment, and release activities
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), stakeholder reviews, and formal acceptance of delivered functionality
• Drive stakeholder communication, organizational alignment, and change management efforts throughout the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions that improve business operations and customer experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner within Agile or SAFe environments
• Strong experience with Appian, including workflow automation, process design, and backlog management
• Experience leading business process modernization, workflow transformation, or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and backlog prioritization
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in large, enterprise, or highly regulated environments
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic product planning with hands-on execution
• Experience implementing Appian enterprise workflow solutions
• Healthcare industry experience, particularly with Medicaid, Medicare, or healthcare enrollment systems
• Experience supporting enrollment workflows or eligibility systems
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), or similar Agile project management tools
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification or Agile certifications are a plus
