Business System Analyst :: Washington, DC (Remote)

ARK Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Business System Analyst with expertise in warehouse management and fulfillment systems. The role involves analyzing impacts across integrated applications and requires strong technical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support the operation and security of applications
• Work on high-priority issues and support test automation
• Create process documentation, user guides, and support workflows

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of warehouse management and fulfillment systems
• Experience with Inventory Management Systems, including parts management and supplier interfaces
• Ability to analyze upstream/downstream impacts across integrated applications
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and defect analysis
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka and understanding of data flows
• Experience with API validation and integration rules
• Working knowledge of Oracle Forms and databases
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience with project management tools, preferably VersionOne
• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), preferably ServiceNow
• Strong facilitation skills for discussions across teams
• Ability to serve as liaison between business and technical teams
