Senior Healthcare Business Analyst

Spyglass Partners, LLC is a nationwide staffing firm with over 20 years of experience. They are seeking a Senior Healthcare Business Analyst with extensive experience in healthcare business analysis to drive work forward and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Must have extensive experience with Business Analyst or Data Analyst in healthcare
• Skilled in analysis and critical thinking with ability to drive work forward and communicate effectively
• Deep, hands on experience with Facets (claims, membership, provider, or benefits modules), including configuration, data model, or extract work
• Advanced SQL skills, comfortable designing queries and joins across large, complex relational data sets
• Strong working knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Commercial lines of business rules and terminology
• Proven experience owning requirements from discovery through UAT and post implementation validation

Requirements:

• Must have extensive experience with Business Analyst or Data Analyst in healthcare
• 5 to 7+ years as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in healthcare, with significant experience at a health plan or payer organization
• Skilled in analysis and critical thinking with ability to drive work forward and communicate effectively
• Deep, hands on experience with Facets (claims, membership, provider, or benefits modules), including configuration, data model, or extract work
• Advanced SQL skills, comfortable designing queries and joins across large, complex relational data sets
• Strong working knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Commercial lines of business rules and terminology
• Proven experience owning requirements from discovery through UAT and post implementation validation
