World Kinect is an industry leader in energy management, seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive integrated marketing initiatives that support revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. The role involves collaborating with sales and business leaders to develop marketing strategies that enhance demand and expand market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion
- Partner closely with commercial and business leaders to align marketing investments with business objectives and growth priorities
- Define target audiences, customer segmentation, buyer personas, and customer journey strategies that improve engagement and conversion
- Leverage market intelligence, customer insights, and performance data to inform business and marketing decisions
- Help shape and evolve messaging, positioning, and value propositions across key customer segments
- Act as the voice of the customer and champion a customer-centric approach across marketing initiatives
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, events, paid media, partner channels, and account-based marketing programs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives on time and within budget
- Develop scalable campaign frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that improve efficiency and marketing effectiveness
- Support pipeline generation, demand creation, customer engagement, and account growth objectives
- Serve as the dedicated marketing partner for the U.S. Energy Management & Brokerage business
- Translate commercial priorities and growth objectives into actionable marketing plans
- Partner with sales leadership to support pipeline goals, strategic accounts, customer acquisition, and market expansion initiatives
- Lead account-based and solution-focused marketing programs designed to engage complex B2B buying groups
- Develop impactful sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, customer success stories, solution briefs, nurture campaigns, and thought leadership content
- Provide performance insights and recommendations that strengthen alignment between marketing activities and business outcomes
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks that measure campaign effectiveness and marketing contribution to business growth
- Analyze campaign, customer, and market data to identify opportunities and improve performance
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting and recommendations to business stakeholders
- Manage marketing budgets and resources to maximize ROI and support business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience
- Proven success developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable pipeline, revenue growth, and business outcomes
- Experience partnering closely with sales, business, and commercial organizations
- Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, buyer personas, customer journey mapping, and go-to-market planning
- Experience managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and budgets
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior business leaders
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, and modern marketing technology platforms
- Experience in the energy industry or another complex B2B environment
- Knowledge of energy management, energy brokerage, commodities, sustainability, or risk management solutions
- Experience supporting enterprise sales teams and account-based marketing initiatives
- Experience working within a global or matrixed organization
- Experience mentoring team members or managing agency partners
