About this role
Dice is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer for a long-term contract position. The role involves designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, managing DevSecOps frameworks, and ensuring security integration within workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Experience designing, architecting, building, and implementing CI/CD pipelines from the ground up
- DevSecOps framework implementation and management experience
- Expertise with GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Atlassian toolsets
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform and Ansible
- Containerization and orchestration experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift
- Experience modernizing applications and migrating legacy applications into containerized environments
- Experience integrating security controls, testing, and compliance requirements into CI/CD workflows
- Scripting experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.)
- Knowledge of DoD STIGs, RMF, IAVM, and security/compliance best practices
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and GitLab dashboards
- Strong troubleshooting skills across CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes workloads, and deployment automation
Requirements:
- Candidates must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level Security Clearance as a condition or continuation of employment
- Bachelor's degree or higher required
- Experience designing, architecting, building, and implementing CI/CD pipelines from the ground up
- DevSecOps framework implementation and management experience
