Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple development teams, ensuring ROI-aligned delivery
Define KPIs, budgets, and SLAs for application portfolio
Implement and maintain DevOps, CI/CD, and quality frameworks
Mentor and hire top engineering talent
Liaise between IT and business to align technical strategy

Requirements:

10+ years in software delivery
3+ years in managerial roles
Bachelor's degree
Bachelor's Degree in: computer science, software engineering, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or a related technical/STEM field
Deep understanding of DevOps, Agile, cloud architecture
Experience in technology budgeting and portfolio management
Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
MBA or technical master's a plus
