Social Media & NIL Marketing Intern

Electro is a functional electrolyte chewing gum built for athletes, working with thousands of college athletes and pro athletes across the NBA and NFL. They are seeking an unpaid intern to handle athlete relations and community management, representing the brand in athlete conversations and helping to build their ambassador network.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the brand voice with energy, positivity, and care in every message
• Coordinate with the founding team on athlete program updates
• Help onboard new athlete ambassadors into the program
• Track creator and affiliate outreach in our CRM with clean notes and follow-ups
• Recruit new affiliates into our ambassador program and walk them through onboarding
• Source TikTok and Instagram creators that fit the brand and add them to our outreach pipeline
• Qualify inbound creator and affiliate applications and route the strong ones to the team

Requirements:

• Comfortable doing cold outreach to creators, athletes, or affiliates
• Quick learner who can pick up internal tools and systems fast
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Bonus if you've worked with influencer or affiliate programs before
• Active on TikTok and Instagram with a sense for what creators are doing well
