Social Media Marketing Intern

Athlitix is an AI-powered sports technology startup focused on athlete development. They are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to help expand the RinkUp brand and build an engaged figure skating community across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative content ideas for RinkUp’s social media platforms
• Create, edit, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and X
• Help plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar
• Write captions and develop engaging social media campaigns
• Identify relevant trends, sounds, formats, and content opportunities
• Engage with skaters, coaches, clubs, creators, and other members of the figure skating community
• Help grow and manage the RinkUp communities on Reddit and Discord
• Respond to comments, community posts, and relevant conversations in a professional and authentic way
• Brainstorm strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and downloads of RinkUp
• Track content performance and use the results to improve future posts
• Collaborate directly with the Athlitix team on product launches, announcements, partnerships, and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Currently a college student
• Creative and regularly uses platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, and Discord
• Understands social media trends and what makes content engaging
• Has strong written communication skills
• Comfortable independently developing and executing content ideas
• Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
• Interested in sports, startups, technology, marketing, or community building
• Excited about helping grow a new brand from an early stage
• Experience with figure skating
• Video editing
• Graphic design
• Content creation
• Social media management
