Senior HR Business Partner

Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company, focused on building cutting-edge foundation AI models. They are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead HR initiatives for their Non-Technical organization, partnering with various business leaders to influence organizational design and talent strategy during a phase of growth.

Responsibilities:

• You'll own the overall partnership, set priorities across the function, and play a key role in hiring and onboarding your HRBP counterpart as the team grows
• You'll influence organizational design, leadership effectiveness, talent strategy, performance, succession planning, and organizational health while helping leaders navigate rapid growth and change at one of the world's leading AI companies
• Drive organizational design and team effectiveness
• Provide leadership coaching and capability
• Manage performance, talent, and succession planning
• Enhance employee engagement and retention
• Support the continued evolution of the People function

Requirements:

• Has operated at Director-level HRBP scope, Head of People level, or equivalent
• Has experience partnering with business functions such as Finance, Legal, People, Go-to-Market, or other corporate organizations
• Has experience in startup, scale-up, or other high-growth environments
• Has supported globally distributed organizations
• Is an exceptional written communicator who thrives in async environments
