AI Solutions Specialist (AI product focused partner to Engineering)

The Judge Group is seeking an AI Solutions Specialist to drive the development and deployment of enterprise AI solutions. This role involves leading AI strategy, managing workflows, and ensuring compliance while collaborating with various teams to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into technical workflows, evaluating and selecting optimal Generative AI and Agentic tools for key use cases
• Oversee the deployment, administration, and performance optimization of AI models, fine-tuning infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments
• Analyze large AI datasets and leverage PowerBI to build executive dashboards tracking model performance, accuracy, and ROI
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to establish frameworks ensuring ethical, safe, and transparent AI deployments
• Manage low-code platforms and AI cloud tools while providing user support and training to drive organization-wide adoption

Requirements:

• Deep familiarity with leading AI models and frameworks (OpenAI, Gemini, Llama, Microsoft Copilot) and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure)
• Proven track record of evaluating business needs, building business cases, and translating requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Strong understanding of ethical AI considerations, data privacy, fairness, and governance standards
• A dedicated home workspace with reliable high-speed internet (min. 50 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up via Ethernet connection)
• Plus for proficiency in Python, R, or Java paired with strong hands-on experience in Agile/JIRA environments
