About this role
Adit is a company seeking a highly technical AI GTM Engineer to bridge gaps among Product, Sales, Marketing, and AI. The role involves leveraging modern AI coding platforms to build automations and AI agents that enhance go-to-market efforts, focusing on rapid product development and integration across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Build AI-powered workflows to improve lead generation, qualification, outreach, and customer engagement
- Develop internal tools that improve Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations
- Design and deploy Voice AI Agents for inbound/outbound customer interactions
- Build prototypes and MVPs using AI-assisted development tools
- Automate repetitive GTM processes using APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation platforms
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to identify automation opportunities
- Integrate CRMs, communication platforms, AI models, and third-party SaaS applications
- Rapidly experiment, iterate, and deploy growth initiatives
- Measure performance of automations and continuously optimize them
Requirements:
- AI Development
- Strong experience using AI code generation platforms such as: Claude Code | Lovable | Codex | Cursor | Antigravity (or similar AI developer tools) | Automation
- Experience with tools like: n8n | Make | Zapier | LangChain | OpenAI APIs | Anthropic APIs | JavaScript or Python | REST APIs | JSON | Webhooks | Git/GitHub | AI Agents
- Hands-on experience building: Voice Agents | AI Chatbots | AI Assistants | Workflow Agents | Multi-Agent Systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
- Built production-grade Voice AI Agents
- Experience with: ElevenLabs | Vapi | Retell AI | Bland AI | Twilio | LiveKit
- Experience integrating: HubSpot | Salesforce | Zoho CRM | Slack | Google Workspace | Microsoft 365
- Builder mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills Ability to ship products quickly
- Comfortable experimenting with the latest AI technologies
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
