Timeline is a high-growth health and longevity company with a mission to redefine healthy aging. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead planning and coordination across their Growth Marketing team, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and execution across various marketing functions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning for growth marketing initiatives, defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones in partnership with channel leads
- Manage projects from kickoff through creative briefing, implementation, launch, and post-campaign reporting
- Ensure campaigns remain on schedule by proactively identifying risks, resolving blockers, and maintaining clear project plans
- Keep Asana projects, tasks, timelines, and documentation accurate and up to date
- Document project decisions, actions, and status updates to ensure transparency across stakeholders
- Serve as the central point of coordination across Growth Marketing functions, ensuring teams remain aligned on priorities and delivery timelines
- Facilitate regular planning meetings and project reviews to keep initiatives progressing efficiently
- Gather and consolidate input from channel owners into clear, actionable project plans
- Coordinate the handoff from marketing strategy into creative execution, ensuring briefs are complete, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives
- Build strong working relationships across marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams
- Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and workflows to increase team efficiency
- Establish and maintain clear planning, prioritization, approval, and communication processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline campaign planning and cross-functional collaboration
- Champion best practices in project management while introducing new tools and ways of working where appropriate
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience within fast-paced marketing or growth teams
- Experience working within DTC, e-commerce, consumer health, or consumer brands
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple cross-functional marketing campaigns simultaneously
- Strong project planning, organization, and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across teams
- Experience using data and campaign performance insights to inform planning and prioritization
- Advanced proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, along with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools
- Experience with digital asset management and creative collaboration platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite
- PMP certification or other recognized project management qualification
- Experience supporting high-growth, remote-first organizations
