PR & Communications Expert

SME Careers is a fast-growing AI Data Services company and subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, delivering training data for many of the world’s largest AI companies. In this role, you will work as a PR & Communications Subject Matter Expert to review AI-generated outputs and create expert communications content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to messaging standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts and gold-standard PR/comms outputs (press releases, statements, pitches, FAQs, comms plans) to guide AI learning
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve message discipline, clarity, credibility, and stakeholder fit
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, reputational risk, bias, and unsafe claims; validate reliability across scenarios (product launch, incident response, policy change)
