Senior Business and Financial Analyst (REMOTE)

Koniag Government Services is seeking a Senior Business and Financial Analyst to support their government customers. The role involves providing high-level financial analysis and reporting support, collaborating with program and leadership teams to ensure financial data accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis to support program and organizational decision-making, identifying trends, variances, and areas of financial risk or opportunity
• Develop, prepare, and maintain financial reports for internal leadership and external government stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with reporting requirements
• Support the preparation of financial briefings, presentations, and status reports for senior leadership and government clients
• Coordinate with program managers, contracting personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure financial activities are aligned with program plans and contract requirements
• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies, working collaboratively with relevant teams to implement corrective actions
• Assist in the development and improvement of financial processes, tools, and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

• Seven (7) years of experience performing financial analysis
• Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting, requisitioning, forecasting, and utilization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial software
• Active security clearance (Secret or higher)
