Remote Cruise Customer Service

Harper Adventures Travel Agency is seeking enthusiastic, service-minded individuals to join their growing travel team as Remote Travel Advisors. In this role, you will help clients design and book memorable vacations, including honeymoons and luxury cruises.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs
• Research and design personalized travel itineraries including accommodations, transportation, and excursions
• Manage bookings and coordinate travel logistics to ensure seamless experiences
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
• Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and seasonal offers
