Torentify is a company seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join its remote team as Benefits Specialists. The role involves assisting customers with benefit-related inquiries, providing accurate information, and delivering a positive customer experience in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
• Deliver exceptional customer support across various communication channels
• Build positive relationships by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout every interaction
• Assist customers with benefit-related questions and available service options
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding benefit programs
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining confidentiality
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
• Listen actively to customer concerns and identify effective solutions
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal interactions
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining company service standards
• Adapt communication styles to meet individual customer needs
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Update customer information within internal systems
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Support additional administrative and customer service tasks as assigned
