Sr Infrastructure Project Manager

InSource, Inc is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager responsible for leading Infrastructure and Security initiatives. The role involves executing business plan projects to achieve strategic objectives and managing project teams within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities:

• Providing Project/Program Management leadership of Infrastructure and Security initiatives, within IT Service Delivery (Enterprise PMO)
• Executing business plan projects that enable realization of the strategic objectives and tactical business plan goals

Requirements:

• 10+ years of project management experience guiding medium to large sized (12-24 month, $5-$10+ million) projects to implementation
• Experience managing infrastructure projects in Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance services industry
• Experience managing 3rd party vendors in development, testing and staff augmentation
• Experience in technical infrastructure projects and/or component deliverables
• Experience managing project teams (25+ people) operating within a matrix organization
• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent proven project management experience and success
• Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills
• Excellent communication skills combined with experience leading a matrix project team
• Excellent teamwork, critical thinking, analytical, judgment and interpersonal skills
• Highly proficient in use of project management discipline and best practices (PMBOK driven)
• Expert in Microsoft Office Suite
• Expert in Microsoft Project 2007 or 2010 or 2013
• Expertise in Portfolio Management techniques and analytical software tools
• Expertise in methodology development, training and process control
• Working knowledge or experience in managing Agile or Iterative development projects desired
• PMP certification desired (or, willingness to obtain within a year)
• Experience with Microsoft Project Server desired
