SkillUp Online is a US-based global, remote-first organization delivering learning, training, and enablement solutions to leading enterprise clients worldwide. They are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of training and enablement programs for their enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of instructor-led (ILT) and virtual instructor-led (VILT) training programs
- Develop project plans, timelines, schedules, and status reports
- Coordinate with clients, facilitators, trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Track project milestones, deliverables, registrations, attendance, and learner engagement
- Lead project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure training materials, facilitators, and delivery logistics are prepared and ready
- Maintain project documentation and reporting dashboards
- Drive stakeholder alignment and provide regular executive updates
- Manage multiple concurrent training projects in a fast-paced environment
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful program delivery
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience
- Experience managing training, customer education, enablement, onboarding, certification, or learning programs
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook, and project management tools
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience supporting or delivering programs for Microsoft
- Experience supporting or delivering programs for IBM
- Experience supporting or delivering programs for Lenovo
- Experience supporting or delivering programs for Cisco
- Experience supporting or delivering programs for AWS
- Experience supporting or delivering programs for Salesforce
- Experience supporting or delivering programs for other enterprise technology organizations
