Implementation Project Manager

Elevate Digital is seeking an Implementation Project Manager for a 6-month contract position. The role involves managing complex projects while ensuring high client satisfaction and effective communication across various management levels.

Responsibilities:

• Experience managing complex projects with tight timelines and multiple key business priorities to conclusion while maintaining high client satisfaction
• Experience with global customers and team members
• Resourceful, confident under pressure, with proven problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates and educates as a proficient subject matter expert (SME) in project management process and tools
• Experience communicating effectively with different levels of management, including direct client contact
• Vendor management experience
• Experience managing budgets in excess of $1M

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of project management experience; 7+ years of professional experience overall
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Fluent in English (written and oral)
• Experience communicating effectively with different levels of management, including direct client contact
• Experience managing complex projects with tight timelines and multiple key business priorities to conclusion while maintaining high client satisfaction
• Experience with global customers and team members
• Resourceful, confident under pressure, with proven problem-solving skills
• HR consulting, payroll, or outsourcing industry experience
• Vendor management experience
• Experience managing budgets in excess of $1M
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience required
• Project Management: Demonstrates and educates as a proficient subject matter expert (SME) in project management process and tools
• Experience with professional project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or actively working toward certification within 12 months), PRINCE2 certification, or equivalent
