Product Manager

Confidential company is a leading technology and platform engineering organization, and they are seeking a Product Manager. The role involves owning product strategy and roadmap for AI-native software delivery and collaborating with various teams to enhance platform capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy and roadmap for AI-native software delivery, production operations, and platform reliability initiatives
• Drive platform capabilities across CI/CD, deployment automation, observability, incident management, and developer productivity
• Partner with infrastructure, container platform, traffic management, identity, and engineering teams to deliver scalable platform solutions
• Define and measure success using developer velocity metrics including deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR, and change failure rate
• Lead cross-functional alignment and adoption of platform products across large engineering organizations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with prior hands-on experience as a Software Developer
• Strong background in Kubernetes, containerization, platform engineering, and software delivery lifecycle (CI/CD, observability, incident management)
• Experience working within large-scale developer platforms, DevOps environments, or AI-enabled engineering ecosystems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field
• Master's degree preferred
