About this role
MIRACORP, Inc. is dedicated to supporting federal agencies through innovation and analytics. The Workforce Planning Data Analyst will analyze workforce data, forecast trends, and provide actionable insights to support the Department of Education's workforce planning initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze workforce data, trends, and staffing needs
- Conduct workforce forecasting, modeling, and gap analyses
- Build dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
- Produce recurring and ad hoc workforce analytics reports
- Support Workforce Plans and workforce action initiatives
- Track milestones, outcomes, and workforce metrics
- Extract and transform HR data for reporting and analysis
- Deliver data-driven insights to leadership and HR teams
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years analyzing federal HR data
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data modeling
- Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
- Experience conducting forecasting and statistical analysis
- Knowledge of workforce demographics, staffing, and competency data
