The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for individuals interested in available programs and services, coordinating appointments, and delivering exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and virtual communication platforms
• Provide accurate information regarding available programs and services
• Deliver professional, courteous, and timely customer support

• Schedule, coordinate, and manage virtual appointments
• Send appointment confirmations and follow-up communications

• Assist customers throughout the appointment process
• Assist customers with completing and reviewing digital forms and documentation
• Maintain organized and accurate customer records
• Update customer information within internal systems
• Monitor daily activities using online platforms and reporting tools
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
