TTEC is a company dedicated to enhancing customer experiences, and they are seeking a HealthCare Customer Service Representative to join their remote team. The role involves answering customer inquiries and conducting research to resolve issues, ensuring a high standard of customer service and adherence to privacy guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
Requirements:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
- High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- While we recommend a USB wired headset, if you have a headset already, you may be able to use that (except for Bluetooth headsets)
- Smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad etc.) for your daily log-in
