CURED Nutrition is an alternative health and supplement brand focused on innovative herbal practices. They are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead customer acquisition and retention strategies, driving revenue growth through optimized paid media and lifecycle marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to acquire new customers and scale revenue across all paid acquisition channels
- Utilize full-funnel performance data to identify optimization opportunities and refine strategies with a test-and-learn mindset
- Lead the growth marketing team and manage our external agency relationship, ensuring alignment on key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals
- Work cross-functionally with all company departments to implement high converting campaigns and strategic offers in order to hit monthly revenue targets
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new channels, tools, and partnerships that can drive scalable growth
- Oversee the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns on platforms such as, Meta, Google, and others
- Manage advertising budgets and bidding strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and maintain efficient customer acquisition costs (CAC)
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing content, including UGC, that is optimized for specific channels
- Analyze customer lifetime value (LTV) trends to inform and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns that drive engagement and retention
- Provide strategic recommendations for customer segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows
- Collaborate with the lifecycle marketing manager to define key metrics and optimize deliverability, open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates
- Partner with the e-commerce team to develop and execute website optimization strategies that improve user experience and conversion rates
- Collaborate with developers and designers to implement and run A/B tests on site updates
- Monitor performance data to lower acquisition costs and increase average order value (AOV)
- Work with the data and analytics team to maintain marketing dashboards that provide clear attribution and actionable insights across all channels
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and recommend optimization strategies based on data analysis
- Align with influencer and affiliate teams to support revenue goals and develop lead generation campaigns
- Collaborate with the partnerships team to create high-converting creatives and manage account utilization for whitelisting ads
- Analyze lead quality and conversion trends to improve the effectiveness of affiliate partnerships and paid advertising collaborations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing digital performance marketing channels, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies across paid media, email/SMS marketing, and CRO
- Deep proficiency in key platforms, including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make quick, data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively brief creative teams and manage agency relationships
- Proficiency in relevant tools, including: Paid Media: Hyros, Meta Ads, Google Ads; Email: Klaviyo; CMS: Shopify; Analytics: Google Analytics (UA + GA4), Google Tag Manager; A/B Testing: Replo or similar platforms
- Familiarity with FDA/FTC advertising compliance and an eye for high-converting user-generated content (UGC) and creatives
