CoinTracker is on a mission to unlock everyone's financial potential, focusing on cryptocurrency and AI-powered financial planning. As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will oversee paid acquisition, SEO, and creative strategies, building AI-native systems that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in user acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Own paid acquisition end-to-end. Strategy, targeting, budget, creative briefs, measurement. Roadway and a contractor handle platform execution. You set the direction and own the number
- Design and ship AI-native systems that compound. Connect tools, data, and actions into one operating system you orchestrate. The workflows you build run with light oversight and get sharper with each cycle, whether the bet is creative production, lifecycle automation, attribution, or something else
- Write, produce, and test direct-response creative. Hooks, scripts, landing-page copy. You generate with AI tools and contractor designers, ship in volume, and let the data pick winners
- Oversee SEO and content. Partner with our SEO agency and in-house team to turn organic into a compounding acquisition channel that wins on both web search and AI search
- Partner closely with lifecycle. Dormant reactivation, retargeting, and year-round engagement work across channels because you're orchestrating the system, not running every step
- Define and own the attribution model. Set the framework. Defend it. Update it when the business shifts
- Own the outcome, full-funnel. You decide what matters, scope it, and ship it. The team is here to unblock and accelerate, not to gate the work
Requirements:
- Bring 5+ years in performance marketing, growth, or marketing engineering at a consumer SaaS, fintech, marketplace, or DTC company. You've owned a growth number and hit it
- Think in systems and loops, not tasks and tickets. You'd rather build a workflow that runs itself than execute the same campaign twice
- Have shipped systems in production, not demos. Real workflows that ran on their own, handled edge cases, and got better over time. Not aspirational. In use
- Have written copy and produced creative that actually performs. Hooks that beat controls. Landing pages that converted. Strong opinions on what makes ad creative work, line-level
- Own attribution and the read on what's working. You can build, defend, and update a model that ties spend to incremental business outcomes. You know when last-click is lying to you
- Are fluent across the modern AI stack without being religious about any of it. LLMs, no-code/low-code, agents, evals, workflow orchestration. You pick the right tool for the job and move on
- Experiment fast and cheap. Tight feedback loops over big launches. High failure rate is fine when you learn quickly and ship the next thing
- Operate hands-on. You sit at the keyboard with the tools open. You ship work yourself, not through a team
- Move in days and weeks, not quarters. You'd rather launch and learn than spec and align
- Crypto fluency. We work with regulated tax software in a category that's mainstreaming fast. You don't need to live on Crypto Twitter. You do need to be curious about the space
- Experience at an AI-native consumer or PLG company (Mercury, Linear, Vercel, Anthropic, Ramp, Lovable, Notion, Cursor, Replit, or similar)
- You've built and shipped agents or multi-step automation that internal teams adopted and trust
- Solo or founder experience where you owned the entire growth function
