Alert Communications is a company that provides live answering and intake solutions for the legal sector. They are seeking a fluent Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for individuals reaching out to partner law firms.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and qualify incoming inquiries
- Deliver compassionate customer care in both English and Spanish
- Ensure a smooth, professional onboarding process from the very first call
Requirements:
- Must reside in Texas
- Confidently handle inbound phone calls in both Spanish and English, tailoring your approach to comfortably guide each caller
- Must be able to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and be available for Holidays
- Proficiency using computers and multiple screens/systems
- Minimum of 35 WPM typing speed
- Maintain high productivity, accuracy, and reliability standards by utilizing your time and system tools effectively
- This is a remote position that requires dedicated home setup
- High speed Fiber or Cable internet only (no satellite, DSL or WiFi)
- Minimum 15 Mbps upload/5 Mbps download speed
- Must use a direct Ethernet cable connection to your modem/router
- You must have a PC/Laptop (Windows 11 or higher) and a wired USB headset (No Apple/Macbooks/Tablets)
- Wired USB headset with a mic
- Prior Experience in customer service, call centers, sales or hospitality (legal industry preferred)
