Albert is a remote-first company focused on improving educational outcomes through feedback loops for students and teachers. The Account Executive will manage territory, expand client relationships, and execute post-sale follow-ups to maximize long-term revenue potential.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain your pipeline; following up with current opportunities (including calling) and keeping updated notes and clean deal data
- Attend conferences and trade shows within your territory which may include coordinating logistics, marketing materials, and booth set-up
- Lead demo calls with school and district administration teams
- Own and facilitate pilot implementations within your territory
- Create proposals and pricing explanations with customers that are ready to purchase
- Set up targeted outreach campaigns, leveraging our various data sources and strategic focus
- Collaborate with members of our Account Management team to create new sales opportunities and staying up to date with constant product improvements from our Product teams
- Improve sales assets such as pricing explainers, course catalogs, efficacy research briefs, etc
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills. You are a good listener, articulate, and highly persuasive; you skillfully leverage data from multiple sources and use context to create compelling narratives
- Composure under pressure. You do not get rattled easily and can quickly adapt; you can focus and prioritize in stressful situations

- 1+ years experience in sales or account management in a comparable role
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience with strong examples of ed-tech integration
- Ideally, you have used Albert in your own classroom and can share specific experiences around it
