The RealReal is the world’s largest online marketplace for authenticated, resale luxury goods. The Inside Sales Account Executive - East is responsible for generating and closing new business within an assigned territory, primarily through high-volume outreach and leveraging consignor relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect new opportunities within assigned territory
- Follow up and close leads generated by marketing team
- Leverage strong consignor relationships to gain referrals for new consignors
- Outreach daily via phone and text (50-100 per day)
- Provide an outstanding customer experience
- Review contract with consignors
- Set pricing expectations through deep knowledge of luxury
Requirements:
- Ability to quickly build rapport with prospective clients and close
- Proficiency and comfortability using software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, CRM
- Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week)
- Self-motivation and drive to achieve results
