Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Remote)

Airbnb is a global company that connects hosts and guests, and they are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead lifecycle strategies and engagement programs for Hosts. The role involves developing multichannel campaigns, managing performance reporting, and collaborating with various teams to enhance Host engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Build and implement multichannel Host lifecycle strategies and campaigns that nurture Hosts and add value to their experience
• Lead experimentation and user-data analysis, scaling successful strategies through automation
• Translate business goals into delivery requirements covering data, segmentation logic, and dynamic content
• Own KPI reporting and build dashboards that communicate performance and results to stakeholders
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Creative on roadmaps and campaign-development workflows
• Champion the Host Engagement function across the wider business

Requirements:

• 8+ years of CRM experience within a fast-paced, consumer-facing company
• Proven experience managing large-scale, automated B2C lifecycle programs
• Deep knowledge of CRM strategy, marketing technology architecture, and relational databases
• Experience working directly with Production and Engineering teams
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Advanced Excel and reporting-tool proficiency, including tools such as Tableau
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to present insights to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and progressive experience
• Intermediate SQL skills
