Senior Performance Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Lead (AI Hardware & Consumer Technology)

Vilo is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager or Growth Marketing Lead to drive paid acquisition and measurable customer growth for a new category of AI hardware and local AI computing products. The role involves owning the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing programs across various channels to convert product launches and campaigns into measurable leads and customer growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and emerging platforms
• Develop channel strategies, campaign structures, budgets, forecasts, and testing plans to improve customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, and overall marketing efficiency
• Allocate and optimize media spend across campaigns, audiences, geographies, creative formats, and stages of the customer journey
• Build clear dashboards and reporting systems to track traffic, email signups, leads, preorders, purchases, and other conversion metrics
• Partner with creative and content teams to develop advertising concepts, test messaging, evaluate creative performance, and continuously improve campaign assets
• Work with product, website, and engineering teams to improve attribution, conversion tracking, landing-page performance, and the end-to-end acquisition experience
• Identify new advertising channels, audience segments, technologies, and partnerships that can support scalable growth
• Help establish the performance marketing infrastructure, operating processes, and measurement standards for an early-stage company

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, paid media, digital acquisition, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across major paid advertising platforms
• Ability to translate campaign data into clear insights, decisions, and specific actions
• Experience managing budgets, developing forecasts, and evaluating performance through metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and lifetime value
• Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, experimentation, audience targeting, and conversion optimization
• Ability to work closely with creative, product, engineering, finance, and leadership teams
• Comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
• Curiosity about AI products, consumer technology, hardware, and new product categories
• Experience with consumer electronics, AI products, developer products, crowdfunding, or direct-to-consumer businesses
• Experience supporting product launches, preorder campaigns, Kickstarter campaigns, or international customer acquisition
• Familiarity with analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
• Experience building landing-page experiments and improving conversion funnels
• Experience using AI tools for campaign analysis, creative development, audience research, and marketing operations
