Principal Consultant, Project Manager

capSpire is a global consulting and solutions company that addresses complex business and technology challenges for commodity-focused organizations. As a Project Manager, you will manage projects related to core implementations, particularly in Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) systems, while helping to grow the Project Management practice at capSpire.

Responsibilities:

• Help build and grow the Project Management practice at capSpire
• Creating and Implementing Project Management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance at our clients
• Create actionable deliverables that follow standard project management principles
• Apply a structure methodology and and lead project management activities
• Ensure projects meet objectives and are completed on time and within budget by increasing employee adoption
• Analyze current state policies & procedures and advise on target operating model for our clients
• Assist our clients in the industry on their new processes and technologies

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in the project management role
• Experience and knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools
• Understanding of change management associated with CTRM or ERP systems
• Ability to work with a collaborative team, being able to provide input while accepting others ideas with an open mind, with the goal of building quality enterprise solutions for our clients
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of a project lifecycle
• Experience with large scale organizational change initiatives
• Bachelor's degree
