AO Globe Life is seeking motivated professionals to join our remote team and support veterans and their families in understanding supplemental benefit options. In this role, you will connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through their available options.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
- Schedule and conduct virtual benefit consultations via Zoom
- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental coverage options clearly and professionally
- Maintain organized digital records and follow-up communications
- Provide support to clients after enrollment as needed
Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with a functioning webcam
- Reliable internet connection
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
