AO Globe Life is seeking motivated professionals to join their fully remote team in a client-focused role supporting individuals and families across the United States. In this position, you’ll help clients understand and access benefit programs designed to provide financial protection and long-term security.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with individuals and families who requested information about available benefits
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom
- Explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
- Guide clients through the enrollment process and answer questions along the way
- Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
- Provide ongoing support for policy updates and client service needs
- Build long-term relationships through professionalism, consistency, and follow-through
- Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and development sessions
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection
- Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam
- Must be physically located within the United States
- Customer service, consulting, or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
