WFH Customer Service Team Manager

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated professionals to join their fully remote team in a client-focused role supporting individuals and families across the United States. In this position, you’ll help clients understand and access benefit programs designed to provide financial protection and long-term security.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with individuals and families who requested information about available benefits
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom
• Explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
• Guide clients through the enrollment process and answer questions along the way
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
• Provide ongoing support for policy updates and client service needs
• Build long-term relationships through professionalism, consistency, and follow-through
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and development sessions

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection
• Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam
• Must be physically located within the United States
• Customer service, consulting, or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
