Senior Project Manager – Architecture - Large-Scale Data Center & Mission Critical (Remote / Hybrid)

2Twelve Recruiting is partnering with a globally established design firm delivering programmatic mission-critical, data center, and advanced technology facilities for long-term clients. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will serve as a senior client partner across multiple concurrent projects, providing leadership and mentoring to project managers and cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a senior client partner across multiple concurrent mission-critical projects, building trusted relationships through consistent delivery
• Provide leadership across project phases, ensuring continuity, coordination, and accountability as work progresses
• Lead and mentor project managers and cross-disciplinary teams, setting expectations for quality, communication, and performance
• Oversee budgets, schedules, staffing, and delivery standards to support both project success and long-term client programs
• Partner with technical and design leadership to reinforce best practices in documentation, sustainability, and process improvement
• Contribute to the evolution of project delivery standards and team development within the practice

Requirements:

• Accredited degree in Architecture; licensure preferred
• 15+ years of experience leading large, complex architectural projects
• Demonstrated success managing multi-project programs and senior client relationships
• Strong understanding of construction, building systems, and QA/QC processes
• Collaborative leader and mentor who leads with clarity, accountability, and trust
• Experience with data center, advanced manufacturing, or mission-critical project types strongly preferred
