Customer Service Representative (REMOTE – Entry Level)

American Income Life is expanding and seeking motivated individuals for remote customer service and leadership-track roles. This position combines customer service with consultative sales, where you'll work directly with clients to help them understand their benefit options and guide them through the process.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with clients via phone and Zoom
• Schedule and conduct benefit overview appointments
• Educate clients on available products and coverage options
• Assist with applications and enrollment
• Build long-term client relationships
• Participate in ongoing training and development
