Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of end-to-end Account-Based Marketing programs focused on engaging and converting high-value target accounts
- Partner closely with the Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and drive pipeline growth
- Use data-driven strategies to accelerate the sales funnel, shorten the buyer’s journey, and increase conversion rates
- Leverage insights to craft and execute funnel acceleration tactics that fast-track prospects through the pipeline and enhance conversion performance
- Lead the planning and execution of diverse event formats—including hosted experiences, sponsored activations, and partner co-marketing initiatives
- Oversee logistics, content development, and promotional strategies to ensure seamless delivery and maximize brand visibility and lead generation
- Leverage data insights and performance metrics to shape marketing strategies, track outcomes, and continuously refine tactics for maximum impact
- A strong understanding of the demand generation funnel is crucial
- Collaborate seamlessly with sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategies and messaging across all channels
- Frequent travel (approximately 30%) within the DACH region is required to attend events and meetings, providing essential support for field marketing initiatives
