Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other modern engagement channels
- Research target accounts and develop personalized outreach strategies that resonate with executive stakeholders
- Partner closely with Account Executives to build account plans and execute coordinated outbound campaigns
- Leverage AI-powered sales tools and data signals to prioritize outreach and maximize efficiency
- Qualify prospective customers and schedule high-quality discovery meetings that convert into pipeline
- Maintain accurate activity, account, and opportunity data within Salesforce and other sales systems
- Share best practices, mentor newer SDRs, and contribute to improving team processes, messaging, and outbound playbooks
