Shared Context Lab is building adaptive personal AI that understands the texture of real life. They are seeking a senior engineer who will turn ambitious ideas into enduring products and systems while shaping the technical foundation of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Build core agent, product, and infrastructure systems
• Create simulation environments for users, schedules, relationships, and multi-agent interactions
• Develop evaluations for long-horizon agent behavior, reliability, and safety
• Design systems for context, memory, orchestration, and tool use
• Set a high bar for architecture, engineering quality, and product craft
• Help shape the technical roadmap, culture, and team
