Petra Security is on a mission to stop dominant cyberattacks and is rapidly scaling its operations. They are seeking a People & Talent generalist to build programs and processes for their People function, focusing on recruiting, benefits, and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing our ATS (Ashby), keeping candidates moving, supporting hiring managers, and delivering a great experience to everyone we interview
- Create playbooks that make it easy to grow our team by codifying our best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Run onboarding end to end from offer acceptance through a new hire's first weeks
- Manage benefits administration, including open enrollment, renewals, employee reimbursements and being the go-to for employee questions
- Build the culture rituals, traditions, and team events that make Petra Petra
- Partner with managers and employees on day-to-day HR needs, keeping policies and documentation current and compliant across multiple states
- Keep the office running and a place people want to be
- Grow with the function: as Petra scales, you'll take on the things a mature People organization owns from performance and career frameworks to manager enablement and people analytics
