Real Estate Project Manager

Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide. They are seeking a Senior Associate Project Manager who will manage cross-functional teams and implement Organizational Change Management plans.

Responsibilities:

• Proven outstanding organization and project management skills with PMP certification
• Skillfully managed cross-functional teams with the delivery of high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment
• Prior experience implementing Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans, including the Adkar Model on large-scale Legal projects
• Proven ability to communicate project risks and develop and deploy mitigation strategies
• Demonstrated experience effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

Requirements:
