Senior Project Manager

Ledcor is a leader in telecommunications network construction, maintenance, and service installation and repair. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Champion and uphold Ledcor’s safety-first culture, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on telecom construction sites
• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale telecommunications projects, including fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower builds
• Manage risk management, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead the identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunities
• Oversee the project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools and methodologies
• Lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Negotiate contract execution and change order management
• Help establish and manage project systems, including cost tracking, reporting, and documentation

Requirements:

• 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex infrastructure builds
• Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes)
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• bachelor's degree preferred; diploma or technical training accepted
• Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plus
