Sr IT Project Manager

Concentrix is a global technology and services leader that powers the world’s best brands. They are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication for the MEC Customer Ancillary Program.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
• Monitor project progress and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance reviews
• Ensure project objectives align with business goals and strategic priorities
• Manage vendor and partner relationships when applicable
• Drive accountability and timely resolution of project challenges
• Support change management and project adoption activities

Requirements:

• 7-12 years of experience as Project Manager
• Project Management
• Stakeholder Management
• Budget & Financial Tracking
• Risk & Issue Management
• Resource Planning
• Project Governance
• Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
• Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Executive Communication and Reporting
• PMP Certification
• Agile Certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe)
• Utility/Energy Industry Experience
• Program and Portfolio Management Exposure
• Vendor and Contract Management Experience
