Marketing Manager

StealthWatch is an exciting early-stage company in the digital assets and blockchain infrastructure space, seeking a Marketing Manager to lead demand generation efforts. The role involves creating a scalable pipeline and driving growth through various marketing channels, while collaborating with senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Owning demand generation strategy and execution end-to-end
• Running paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels
• Building and scaling lead generation programs
• Managing social media, community engagement and brand awareness
• Planning and executing webinars, conferences and industry events
• Delivering partner marketing and co-marketing campaigns
• Measuring campaign performance, attribution and ROI
• Working closely with Product Marketing, Content and Sales to generate pipeline

Requirements:

• 4+ years in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing
• Experience owning marketing campaigns from strategy through execution
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance
• Hands-on experience across paid acquisition, events and digital marketing
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment
• Experience within B2B SaaS, FinTech, Cybersecurity or Web3 would all be highly relevant
• Someone who embraces AI tools to improve productivity and marketing execution
