Responsibilities:
- Prevent issues, solve queries, and delight customers
- Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, including order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance
- Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Have the right to work in United States without restrictions
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- Proficient computer skills
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of [insert site hours]
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend, and overtime as required)
- Support a full-time working schedule of 40 hours up to 60 hours based on business needs that may change during the course of your seasonal assignment

- Ability to participate and complete mandatory training (this schedule may be different from your production schedule upon hiring)
