AO Globe Life is hiring Entry-Level Benefits Consultants to help individuals and families better understand their supplemental benefit options. This fully remote opportunity offers recent graduates the chance to gain experience in client relations, communication, and financial services while working in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
• Assess client needs and explain available coverage options in a clear, professional manner
• Assist clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support
• Maintain organized digital records of client interactions
• Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development calls
• Build communication, leadership, and client relationship skills

Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection
• Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with a functioning webcam
• Recent or upcoming college graduates
• Strong communicators with a people-first mindset
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individuals
