Responsibilities:
- Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Assess client needs and explain available coverage options in a clear, professional manner
- Assist clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support
- Maintain organized digital records of client interactions
- Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development calls
- Build communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
